NFL 2012: Week 15 Picks

Only three weeks remain in the NFL regular season and for some teams the end of the season can't come soon enough. For others, it's three more chances to try and make something happen and get into the playoffs before it's too late. Picks for a very critical Week 15 are next.

Bengals over EAGLESThe Bengals are one of those teams trying to get in with one final push and after last week's crushing defeat at the hands of the Cowboys; they need a win in the worst way. Eagles rookie QB Nick Foles did play well last week and got his first win as an NFL quarterback, but I'm hoping he won't have the same success this week. Cincinnati wins one that they desperately need. Bengals 28, Eagles 21

NY Giants over ATLANTA: The Falcons might have the best record in the NFC, but I still don't think they are the best team in the conference. Their opponent, the New York football Giants, just might be the best team and I think they prove it Sunday in Atlanta.

Minnesota over ST. LOUIS: Vikings RB Adrian Peterson is having an amazing season and has come back better than ever after tearing his ACL last Christmas Eve. If the Rams can't find a way to stop Peterson, they could be in for a long day.

MIAMI over Jacksonville: Both of these Sunshine State teams are pretty bad, but the Dolphins have something the Jaguars don't have, a quarterback.

Green Bay over CHICAGO: One of the greatest rivalries in all of football and I like the Packers, who are starting to get healthy, to put some more distance between themselves and the Bears with a win at Soldier Field.

Washington over CLEVELAND: RGIII is uncertain after suffering a sprained LCL last week in the fourth quarter, but even if he doesn't play I think Kirk Cousins can lead the Redskins to victory, like he did last Sunday against Baltimore.

Denver over BALTIMORE: The Ravens are in a bit of a slump and there is no way I can pick against Peyton Manning with the way he and the Broncos are playing right now.

HOUSTON over Indianapolis: Despite the Texans getting blown out up in New England by the Patriots, I think they will show Andrew Luck and the Colts a thing or two on their way to winning a key divisional game.

NEW ORLEANS over Tampa Bay: Drew Brees and the Saints aren't having a very good season, but they received some good news this week as all the player suspensions in the Saints bounty scandal were dismissed this week by former NFL Commissioner Paul Tagliabue.

Detroit over ARIZONA: The Cardinals quarterback situation is beyond sad, it's pathetic. Safe bet they draft a quarterback with their top ten pick in April's draft.

SAN DIEGO over Carolina: Really impressed by what the Chargers were able to do in Pittsburgh last week, so I'll take them to beat Cam Newton and the Panthers at home on Sunday.

Seattle over BUFFALO: Despite making the long cross-country trip to play a one o'clock game, I like the Seahawks to not only win Sunday, but to make the playoffs as well.

throwing four touchdown passes -- and is having
another MVP caliber season.

Pittsburgh over DALLAS: I has not impressed at all with the Cowboys last week. The Bengals handed them that game and I highly doubt the Steelers will play poorly in back-to-back weeks especially with Ben Roethlisberger at quarterback.

OAKLAND over Kansas City: Battle of two top ten teams in this one, top ten in terms of the NFL Draft order. The Chiefs will be most likely be picking first in April's draft and the Raiders won't be far behind.

NEW ENGLAND over San Francisco: Did you see the Patriots performance Monday night against the Texans? I was blown away by how dominating the Patriots were that I think they will win quite comfortably Sunday night.

TENNESSEE over NY Jets: As bad as the Jets have been this season, they are mathematically still in the AFC playoff hunt. That will end on Monday night with a loss to the Titans, I hope.

Last Week: 10-6
Overall: 137-71
