Not the best week for picks, but what a comeback by the Cincinnati Bengals.

Up 14-0, then give up 30 unanswered points, and then score the final 16 and win on a 58-yards fumble return. The first team in NFL history to be leading by 14, then be down by 16 and still win a football game. A good NFL record for the Bengals and a solid win.

There will be more thoughts on the Bengals this Sunday in Cleveland in my predictions for Week 4 in the NFL.

Week 4 Picks (Home team in CAPS)

San Francisco over ST. LOUIS: I would've been surprised if the 49ers had fallen to 1-3, but they rebounded with a nice win in St. Louis.

Baltimore over BUFFALO: Impressive win for the Ravens last week against the Texans, so I'll take them to beat the Bills.

Chicago over DETROIT: The possibility for a really good game here as both teams have played some good football out of the gate. I'm still not sold on the Lions defense, however, so I'll take the Bears.

KANSAS CITY over NY Giants: The Giants will win one here soon, but not this week in Kansas City. If the G-Men can cut down on the turnovers, then they have a chance.

Arizona over TAMPA BAY: Things are so bad in Tampa Bay that after three games they are already changing quarterbacks. Josh Freeman is out and rookie Mike Glennon is in.

Indianapolis over JACKSONVILLE: Colts win easily, but so will the Jaguars fans that show up because they can receive free beer.

Seattle over HOUSTON: I was not impressed at all with the Texans last week in a bad loss to Baltimore. Seahawks by less than a touchdown.

Pittsburgh over MINNESOTA (in London): Pittsburgh has not looked good this season, but with the Vikings going to backup QB Matt Cassel, I expect the Steelers to load the box and stop RB Adrian Peterson just enough to get there first win of the season across the pond.

TENNESSEE over NY Jets: Rex Ryan's team committed 20 penalties for 168-yards last week! "C'mon Man!" Terrible coaching, but show how the Jets are 2-1. Tennessee will win this one while the Jets will probably commit double-digit penalties again.

Washington over OAKLAND: The Redskins are going to win eventually, so why not this Sunday in Oakland.

DENVER over Philadelphia: Since their first game on Monday night against Washington, Philadelphia just hasn't looked the same. Their offense is still lightning fast, but they haven't won a game since the opener. Peyton looks better than ever, so I got the Broncos.

Dallas over SAN DIEGO: The NFC East was supposed to be the best division in football, but with the Eagles, Redskins and Giants a combined 1-8, the division is the Cowboys for the taking. A win in sunny San Diego will increase their division lead.

ATLANTA over New England: Tom Brady has gotten by the last two weeks with very few weapons, but it will be a different story in Atlanta. The Falcons are a surprising 1-2 and I think they get back to .500 with a win.

NEW ORLEANS over Miami: Battle of two unbeatens and although the Dolphins had played well, the Saints will have the advantage being at home. The Superdome will be rocking Monday night, New Orleans in a close one.

Bengals over BROWNS: Cleveland QB Brian Hoyer will get the start again this week after leading the Browns to their first win of the season, but I don't expect him to get his second straight win. The Bengals were able to come back against a very good Packers team mainly because of the play of their defense. Cincinnati's defense has been the MVP of the team thus far and I think they will be the difference in Cleveland. Bengals 24, Browns 14.

Bye: Green Bay, Carolina

This Week: 1-0
Last Week: 9-7
Overall: 34-15
